Currently showing on our Brighton SmartScreen is an advert from Sussex firm ECE Architecture, following the success of their mirrored beach hut art installation on Worthing Beach.
The immersive advert is at home on our state-of-the-art 10mm high definition LED full motion SmartScreen and its first-class digital technology helps ensure the beach huts’ creative concept is effectively relayed.
Coinciding with Worthing’s Art Trail and in place for two weekends, word of mouth soon spread about the beach hut’s arrival, with locals descending upon the shingled beach to see what all the fuss was about.
Playing with their unusual reflections and taking endless selfies, a lot of fun and enjoyment was had as visitors made the most of a surprising new photo opportunity.
With its clever design and assembly process taking six weeks in total, the project was the latest in a series reimagining typology from ECE and Mark Sephton from agency Creative Forager.
Calls for the beach hut’s return from residents, art enthusiasts and the local authority alike have been since made, as many felt the benefits of the installation’s appearance were something that could be harnessed by the seaside town.
Maxx Media are delighted to be able to support ECE Architecture with conveying their message about such an ambitious and creative art installation.
